Dont know who makes them but have seen aluminum diamond plate in bright or black on a few jeeps running around.

They are covers for the cowl.

I think that is just body armor, I don't think they are replacments.

If you want aluminum for the sides, you might be surprised to know the cowl center piece is also plastic. But why aluminum? The plastic ones seem to work fine.

There is a center piece that is made of aluminum.

The reason is all of mine are already broken. I was wheeling out in the desert and a sage brush branch hit the right side cowl just about perfectly, broke it, and then the energy transfered through all of them and broke both sides, and the middle!
