Their attention to asthetic details are crazy but imo, for the price tag, the suspension seems be to very lacking compared the horsepower. For example, you shouldn’t have factory sway bars. A turn-key offroad vehicle with 840hp should be on a coilover setup at the very least and really a c/o and bypass. Either way, beautiful vehicle and I’m sure whoever can afford these can change the suspension setup.
That rear sway bar does not look like my stock rear sway bar.

I was looking at the front sway bar
Justin, coilovers are an option when ordering although at a higher price. I did not ask since I am not huge fan of rock crawling, I enjoy doing it but not crazy about it, but on any case you get better flex as compared to spings and shocks but again not a real issue for me. Again I believe they keep the stock sway bar to maintain the stock electronic disconnect but you can request to change it.
About whether they should or should not come for the price you pay that is a different discussion and is related to how much you know about the way they build these vehicles and the hours spent. Worst case you can also do this in a different shop or at home.

That makes sense. I’m didn’t know they offered that.

Hey all, I wanted to share my experience with AMW4x4 on what started as a engine swaps and then lead into a full turn key build. I visited their shop in Holly, MI after having visited another engine swap offering (LX) and feeling disappointed. From the get go the experience at AMW was completely different, TJ (sales rep) and Jared (owner) thew the red carpet during my visit, I had a chance to test drive all vehicles and understand how they are built and I have to say there is nothing like this in the industry, with this level or detail and meticulous work in really worth of a TV show in Motor Trend. Fast forward to the proposal I was able to work a price point that worked for me and felt I was treated more than fairly. In the process I also met Eithan (Buss Dev) and Doug (COO) and many others as well, again awesome people.

After pulling the trigger on an AMW840, I had an opportunity to follow the build over regular pictures and also met Jared for the WPB Barret Jackson and Jeep Beach events, I feel part of the family and everyone at AMW made sure that was the case. I am now about 4 weeks from picking up my build and I am super excited!

I should say this post is 100% real and initiated by me as a way to share my experience and also help encurage anyone currently on the fence. I should also say I interviewed multiple people that own AMW builds and the sentiment is same, great people awesome builds. If you have any questions on my build feel free to PM me, I am happy to answer any questions you may have. But just a piece of advise, if you are considering doing something like this I highly recommend you visit their shop, I guarantee you once you meet Jared and his team you will understand why AMW has their reputation.

Enough said, here are some pics of my build, waiting on some minor changes (lights and decals)

Great story and beautiful build. I am in discussions with them now and I was wondering, who do you use for auto ins and do you have a special rider needed for the value?
