@RSI North America Inc do you have any actual photos of the Gladiator with the Smart tray, no smart Cap. Can’t seem to find any, not a rendering please. Thanks.
I haven’t found any information on the canopy/tray system and no photos of a gladiator either. Hopefully they can provide some.

Overall the design is simply awesome, and inspiring on what you could do. I hate your marketing though as far as "fiberglass vase." That's totally wrong and presumes I'm dumb. I've owned and rebuilt many boats, they are very very tough and resilient.

I know someone who needs a work truck that's not only 4WD, but more agile and capable than your standard pickup. He was super excited when I send him the SmartTray system info.

Unfortunately, we don't have any photos yet of the Gladiator with the SmartTray option. My guess is we will sometime this summer as the SmartTray's are currently slated for a November launch. As soon as we have them we will absolutely post to the forum. Thanks for your inquiry.

@RSI North America Inc where is the positive vent located at? I can's see it in any of the photos. And can you confirm that the top of the cap is slightly higher than the top of the truck? Do you know by how much?

The total height of the SmartCap Gladiator Edition with the Positive Pressure air vent is 22.84". Typically, the roof of the cap is in line with the crown of the cab roof.

Thanks for the quick reply. I've got a couple more questions for you.

1. Is the vent taller than the mounting rails? The pic makes it look that way but I don't think it really is.
2. What is the dimensions of the Bins and the MOLLE panels inside them?
3. What are the dimensions of the drawers in the Drawer Bin?
4. Is the Drawer Bin only available on the driver's side?
5. What does the Evo cap weigh?
6. What is the distance between the bed and bottom of the Bins?

Thanks for taking the time to answer all of those.

See below for specific answers.
1. Is the vent taller than the mounting rails? The pic makes it look that way but I don't think it really is. Yes, the Positive Pressure Air Vent is slightly taller. The Roof Rails are 20mm high and Air Vent is 30mm).

2. What is the dimensions of the Bins and the MOLLE panels inside them?
Please review the attached drawings that show all dimensions in mm.

3. Are the Bins free-standing inside the bed, or do they have supports that go to the bed floor?
They are supported by stainless steel bolts around the perimeter of the gullwing door opening.

4. What side are the dimensions of the drawers in the Drawer Bin?
Please review the attached drawings that show all dimensions in mm.

5. Is the Drawer Bin only available on the driver's?
Yes, and the Camp Kitchen is a passenger right side mount.

Will need to get back to you on this. Engineering is putting that information together now.

Thanks for the detailed responses. It's a bummer that the vent is taller than the rails. That means nothing can be flush mounted over that area of the cap.

One last question (for now lol), what is the spacing between the two rails?

The width between the rails is 1190mm or 46.85".

Hope you don't mind one more dimension request.

Already have a cap reserved AND I ordered the cross bars for mounting RTT. Could you share the dimensions of the rack cross bars? I'm looking at fabbing up some clamps that I like better than the skimpy ones supplied with RTT...would love to have them ready to go when I actually get cab/rails.

Thanks in advance!

Thanks again for the info and quick responses, this is really good customer support (but perhaps the dimensions should be listed on the site some place?).

You said that for the bin details the Engineering department is putting that info together still. Does that mean the bins are not currently available and that none of those have been shipped to the US with the first three batches of caps for the JT?
