I care about being engaging to drive, and you can buy a manual C7 Z06 for less than a new C8 2LT Z51. Alternatively manual C6 ZR1s are also out there for 2lt z51 money as well
Ive owned many corvettes and i kept my c7Z long after i bought my c8, and for a year I compared. the c7 z06 was manual. the twin clutch tranny in c8 won my heart and its very engaging in manual mode. Much more so than the Z. Its so easy to shift I find myself short shifting in traffic and having a ball at speed limit! Hard to explain. Come drive my c8, live in houston area.

Good choice.
The Vette was nice but you can enjoy the Gladiator all year.
I traded in my 2010 Challenger RT
6-speed with 15,805 miles on it after 11 years for the Gladiator and having a blast.
My wife needed a new car so we bought her a 2023 Last Call Scat Pack Charger.
Great 4-door family car.

Nice Charger!! I wouldn't mind having that same car in a widebody or a hellcat one. I have owned a 392 TA and Hellcat Challengers and 95% of the time it doesn't make a difference which engine you have between those two

I traded the Hellcat for the JTR because i needed a truck more because of work

I tried buying my cousins 69 Vett but a deal couldn't be made.
I remember when he bought it new in 1969 and gave me a ride. I was hooked on muscle cars instantly.
Luckily my wife's a gearhead also.

I thought seriously about a Hellcat and really like the widebodys but we just needed a 4 door and this Charger was enough for us. My wife got her 6.4L ?
and I got the 19 speaker Harmon Kardon stereo. We're both 67 and take care of her 92 year-old mom.
485 horse is enough to take her mom to the doctor. ?

This afternoon it looked like this:

Time for a change! The Vette was nice, but only 11,000 miles in about 4 years. It's a short season here in MN, has low ground clearance, fragile wheels, limited storage . . . Just taking up space too much. Went to a few car shows, but found them kind of boring. But it was pretty.

The Gladiator is blast to drive, all-season here in MN, not at all fragile, and is a truck too. I happen to have a nice utility trailer here at home for lumber runs or ATV service, so box size is not a big deal. After much thought on the color decision, very happy with Sarge! Interior is two-tone black and a subtle green.

A Jeep has always been on my wish list, and finally have one. Expect some rookie questions, but I promise to try search first.

Congrats on the new ride and nice choice.

The popularity of the C3 has been growing in recent years. I own a '82 with 935 miles and still has the factory plastic on the seats and lower doors.

I just had my '21 JTO rustproofed. There's a lot of brine in the winter up here on the roads. The garage that did mine used a version of Dominion Sure Seal. Marked as No Drop and Rust Check Approved. They used the Amber/Clear version. I can confirm it did not drip. I've no idea if it's available in the States.

Thank you....it might be the photo, the color is called gold metallic and it does look more gold in the sunlight.

I am going to give this a try at home with Woolwax. Would be a lot more fun with a lift instead of ramps, however!
