Thanks.
It's probably over-kill in a lot of ways, but I wanted something to at least match the comfort of the Overland, but have the underside to handle the abuse of a snow plow, towing and so on.

HUGE DROP in mpg - but it seems quite gutsy when needing to get into traffic.
Nice ride, comfortable seats, LOVE the power seat aspect.
Already thankful I put the Redline Tuning hood struts on it - they were handy on the Overland but are a must on the Mojave. Damn, that hood is heavy LOL

What I am not looking forward to is all of the stuff I have to put back onto this one from my 2022! Yikes!

If this one is as reliable as my last two were - it's going to be fine.

Tomorrow, I take it to a shop to have professional ceramic done. They say "4 days" so I'll be without it for this coming week.
I am on my 2nd Mojave, had a 2020 Overland as my 1st Gladiator. I'd still be in the 1st Mojave had it not been stolen, great dependable fun Jeep/Truck! I drive the crap out of mine, ppl are often completely shocked at how these trucks drive at speed on rough roads, the suspension is a couple steps above other stock Jeeps when it comes to moving fast and small jumps ;-)

Hope your MPG improves. I am on 37's with stock gears and the 37's are certainly not better on gas than the 35's on the last one. I think 35's is the sweet spot with these. I did a summer road, camping canoe trip through Yukon with the last one, 14000km with an average of 13.5L/100km, about 17.5 mpg, that's with a canoe on the roof, lots of mellow off road exploring and idling in colder northern mountain summer temps. I was very pleased.

The seats are definitely better than the rest of the Jeeps.

My black paint looks good from 50ft after a waxing, your green is amazing looking!!

I found that adding a pass through stabilizer and the Mopar lift kit lower control arms made a perfect dollar value improvement to the highway drive feeling. I mention this as I wonder if you might notice more wandering with the added 1 inch ride height up front.

Enjoy

I've started to consider a ceramic coating, but still on the fence.
- What would you say is a fair price?
- Is there a certain grade or application of ceramic coating better than others?
- Also, was there something that made you a believer of this in terms of side by side comparison of with or without over time or testing that influenced you decision to get it applied?
Thanks for your insights.

This one is more "wandery" than my 2020 or 2022 ever were. I did go ahead and put the MOPAR lift kit lower control arms on those two JTs, but when I traded, saved myself some work and left them in the 2022.
Now I wish I had taken them out - I could sure use them in this one. It's worse when windy, but it's also a bit noticeable when driving without our typical wind, too.
So I will be looking for another pair of LCAs to give this one a bit of a boost in the caster area. It wouldn't have taken me an hour to get those out of the 22, but got in a hurry, and with my dizziness getting under these things now, decided to save the sickness and just leave them.

This may be something of interest on the 2025 models of JTs with ACC/FCW and so on ->
Remember the camera/radar unit cover for use whenever you fold the windshield down?
Yeah, they still want you to use it - but - they no longer supply it with each Jeep.
I suspect they found that very few ever used them and as a cost cutting measure, no longer supply them with the 2025 model year.
Look in the 2025 Owners manual, page 82 - "cover is available for purchase from your Jeep dealer..........."

My sales guy got a laugh out of that and he's going to tell his manager - yeah, they cut the prices down on the 2025s, and left out a $28 part that used to be included.

Of course, it's not just the cost of the part - there's inventory control for the new builds, packaging and much more so they are actually saving more than the raw cost of the part on their end - one less thing to track in new builds.
Still, it's rather funny in a way.

Boo hiss, stealantis. Maybe you can get one from a wreck, or from someone who has one and never uses it. I also recall a recent post where someone got two of them with their brand new Gladiator, maybe they will see your post and offer to share?

Actually, my sales guy said that because of some things missed in prep, he's buying me that cover (already on order);and filling the truck with gas on his dime.

Congrats! I'm a year in with mine and still really happy with it. On my second windshield already--almost wish I had ordered two so I have one for backup. No problems other than a tick from the blend door actuator until temp stabilizes. Like the ride and handling a lot. I did not do ceramic, but I would recommend partial front coverage with Xpel. Don't hold your breath for the MPG to improve--Mojave's are not known for the best mileage of the trim levels ;) .

Great color too!

Hopefully will be seeing it again, soon. Looks like perhaps the ceramic treatment is done based on an email I got about the warranty on it................

I've now had this for a while, gotten to drive it a few hundred miles and have decided -
Yes, this 2025 is definitely quieter under most circumstances than the 2020 or 2022 were. The strong winds we have here every spring have made it difficult to know because it isn't exactly a smooth rocket shape cutting like a knife through the air, but when the wind is down, on rougher roads, it's quieter inside. I don't have to have the radio turned up as high and it's easier to have conversations inside.

Smooth ride - yes. It's still a truck, and still a Jeep, but the ride is very good.

I thought it had more wander - and it may have a bit more, but it's likely the sort resolved with just a tad more caster. I added longer LCAs on my other two - so need to look at ordering a pair for this one. Otherwise, it's actually not bad on the highway. My wife took it for a long drive to pick up her quilting machine a week or so ago and actually likes driving it. I was trying to eat a some breakfast while on the way back home yesterday and she right away said "I'll drive so you can eat!" It's like she really just wanted to drive it.

Mileage - fuel - sucks, but, it's a beastly heavy Jeep, a tall brick in the air, and - it's just hit 1,000 miles. My others didn't do their best until over about 6-7,000 miles, then it actually went up a fair amount.
The nice thing is that this already has steel bumpers, so I won't be making it any worse by adding them, it had the heavy rock rails - the power steps aren't much, if any heavier than those were. So this should be an indication of things to come - might hit 18s with it. We'll see.

I'm heading into week 3 of a really bad respiratory infection - sinuses so bad my head feels like it was hit by a ball bat, laying down it's hard to breathe with the crap in my system, and of course now yet another course of nasty antibiotics - so I won't be doing any work on it, will be driving it just as it is until I get over this and get some help lined up.
that's ok, though, as it's good as it is. Do want to get going on the brake controller, winch, and snow plow stuff, though, as that's going to take some serious time and effort.

So far, happy with the choice.

My wife doesn't get back from Europe until midnight on the 11th, but no matter because they won't have anything ready for a while anyway.......
I did discuss final accessories, and other stuff today, and got some info I wanted on a couple of future items.

Scott pulled it around and parked it next to my hydro blue Overland and in minutes people were asking about it - including a couple of sales people - he told "sorry, sold".

So it's here, still has to go through all sorts of prep and such, and unpackaging stuff so it will probably be next week.
