I downloaded the file and app I haven't been able to try ot yet but really am hopeful that it works. Tired of clearing the data and having to set up AA every time I want to use waze and maps.

Does everyone here have an OEM headunit of some sort? May narrow it down a bit if so. I can't say that I have had any of these issues on our Stinger, but that may be completely coincidental.

Wanted to let you know that today, I have been testing with Android Auto 15.3.6538 beta release version and so far, with this beta version, the troublesome quirk is hx using this beta version.

Also.... I have no other issues thus far, running the beta.

You'd think.... again, think that the final 15.3 release version (after beta 15.3) that is on the horizon will get us past the quirk, period.

I am actually using the 15.2 version right now and things have worked fine for me. And haven't had any issues so far

You are using Android Auto 15.2.6536 beta, right? The beta that came out about 5 days ago on the 17th..

I posted saying use the Android Auto 15.3.6538 beta that just came out versus the 15.2 beta because it... the 15.3 beta had addressed a couple of little bugs found in the 15.2 beta.

Anyway, hopefully the next final release version sees the quirk still addressed.

My phone did two OS updates last week and now no issues.

Same here, the new version is working fine for me. Mine forced me to use the new version, said I needed update to continue to use AA.
