I have a 2021 Gladiator that developed an oil leak at around 6000 miles. It turned out to be the timing chain cover. Now at 17K miles, the oil leak is back. Could it be the timing chain cover again? Going back to dealership but was wondering who else is experiencing these issues?

Yikes. I have no idea, it could be a few things:

  1. same bad timing cover
  2. bad gasket
  3. poor installation
  4. warped block?
Good luck, I hope it gets sorted out.

Make sure all the bolts are tight on the oil pain.
