Rugged Ridge: Order Direct?

Any one have shipping issues with Rugged Ridge when ordering direct.? I ordered a bumper on 11/29 and as of today 12/4 it still shows order pending. I didn’t expect to receive it yet but I certainly think 5 business days is enough time that the order for an in stock item should have shipped. Am I being unreasonable?

I purchased the HD rear bumper from RR directly thanksgiving week and received the bumper yesterday. However, i ordered the LED license plate lights separately and had the same experience (they showed as in stock when I ordered). I called them yesterday and was told they were on back order until after Christmas and would ship by the end of the month. Unfortunately they don’t update the order status to reflect that and the lights still show as order pending.

Are you sure it is in stock? I work for a major aftermarket parts manufacturer and we have the shortest lead times f any I know. We are waaayyyyy out and our distributors are very low if not bingo stock level on lots of JT and other Jeep parts

Are you sure it is in stock? I work for a major aftermarket parts manufacturer and we have the shortest lead times f any I know. We are waaayyyyy out and our distributors are very low if not bingo stock level on lots of JT and other Jeep parts
I tried to call them today and got a voice mail that was full and couldn’t accept any more messages. Not a good sign for a business.
I dont know for sure if it was in stock when I ordered it. All I know is what that their website said, which was in stock. Not my fault if their website isn’t real-time. As far as I am concerned there is no excuse for any vendor who does more than half of their business online NOT to have a real time inventory system. If I can’t speak to a human being on Monday and get a definitive ship date in the next week or so I will go in a different direction and cancel my credit card purchase. There are way too many other vendors who have solid products and provide good customer service to put up with those that don’t.

In my experience this is pretty standard in the Covid era. I'd give it some time and be patient.

There is a contact email on their site. Responded a couple of business days later telling me the bed cover was out o stock.

I’ve got this same thing going on right now. Ordered 3 days ago. Order was accepted and they took my money out but still shows pending and not shipped. Also contacted today but haven’t heard anything. Pretty annoying.

I ordered door storage bags from them in July, and everyday they are still 2 weeks away from shipping.

You’re still waiting?? I would have told them to refund me a long time ago.
They were discounted, plus there is a rebate which they say they will honor whenever I get them. For most of that time no one else had them either. I won't need them until spring, so at this point I'm just waiting to see what happens.
