I see that you have the Ryobi battery powered fan. Although, it doesn't look like the misting version, which requires a bucket of water (or hose if you have a water source). I do have that one, which I use when camping during hot days. I think using only one would work great if you set it further back from the kennels so that the water mist can cool both dogs.
