Any non-LE orders with VIN Assigned?

WTH..I ordered my loaded Black rubicon on the fist day they opened the order bank.. decided to go with black vs sting grey due to the delay and now the rumor is they have no steel bumpers. When I placed the order they didn’t restrict the steel bumper?? Looks/ sounds like they were not 100% ready to open up orders..

I'm betting a supplier is to blame rather than FCA, but the lack of communication is infuriating.
