Anyone have trouble with Realtruck customer service on damaged non fitting returns. I bought a set of N-Fab RKR step rails from them and they came 2 weeks ago. I installed the passenger side fine but the driver side wont line up even close. with everything loose , the front and middle bolt holes on the side went on fine but the rear mounting holes are at least 1 inch too low, plus the rails were scratched up right out of the box. we contacted real truck the very next day and they said they would get a return label emailed to us by wednesday of the next week. heard nothing. so Thursday we contacted them again . and was told they would send a return label in 24 hours. that was last thursday. contacted again today and they are requesting more pics, which is the same ones we sent the first time. im not happy with spending almost $600 and they are unusable. I cant seem to get an exchange or now id rather have a refund. there customer service seems horrible. ill buy them elsewhere from quadratec or somewhere , not good business . I hope they get this fixed soon, getting very annoyed. seems like were getting the run around until the time for return has passed >
