My google-fu is pretty good, but I can't find any info on Gladiator production numbers.
Did they make a lot?
Will any packages/models/colors be rare?
Just curious- my first car turned out to be very rare, my first jeep somewhat rare, I seem to attract the unusual....

Define rare. My first car turned out to be one of about 1500. A dear friend of mine reminded me that a rock in horse poop in rare but its not at all valuable.

The Launch Edition, limited run of 4190, right now are "rare" but there is no sign that they are appreciating. The model is too new for trend tracking like that.

Based on general trends the manual is becoming much more niche and the usual short run color game continues. Unfortunately though with all the heavy integration it may soon become highly prohibitive to build a dream jeep or gladiator up from what you happen to find. To paraphrase Lady Gaga, it has to be born that way for some options.

With diesel and electric coming on line who knows, someday someone with crippled legs, hanging from an engine crane, is going to explain to someone else that your black on black jeep is the ducks guts, last of the guzzoleen V6.

So yeah there are no stand out gems for speculation aside from the LE trucks which have numbered plaques and different but not truly unique wheels. Rubis and Mojaves will retail more value per usual, many many sports will get built into unreliable trailer queens and I'm sure whole runs of overlands will be help onto for years by now young and then old men and women who will someday totter into dealership and parts stores and wryly remark that they remember when trucks were made of metal and ran on gasoline and you actually had to drive it yourself.

I also wondered about production/sales numbers as I don't see too many on the road.....

I'm not positive that this is accurate, but its reported that Gladiator sales #'s for 2019 is 40,037 and looks like through June 2020 is 34, 827. ( https://carsalesbase.com/us-jeep-gladiator/ )

So, not as rare as I thought or as rare as some of my other cars either.

1137 total, one of 606 with this engine/trans combo, lots of options. It's a 1969 Plymouth Satellite convertible, with a/c.

Mine was a 1970 chevelle malibu sport sedan, black vinyl over black cherry over black vinyl, 307 with powerglide. Very pedestrian but the lack of b pillar or door frames made it's lines very slick and cool for the day.

But back to gladiators, with nothing truly special between individual trucks, I don't think we will see anything really truly collectable. But who knows, they may cook something up, we've already seen the 392 concept, a small batch annual special might be a good idea to drum up buzz and more importantly cash.

Was just wondering about this myself, but haven't been successful finding anything. Curious to see what the production numbers are by color and by year. It would be really cool to even see the data by different options (i.e. interior color), but I'm sure that data is only available internally at Stellantis.

Anyone have this data or knowledge of where it can be found or search tricks on the eshop? I'm particularly interest to see how many Punk'n Mojaves with Steel Gray leather there are. Just poking around car gurus and the eshop, I've found (4) one of which is my order. I'm sure there are a few more, but curious just how many (or rather how few) were spec'd in this combo. If the eshop would allow you to select interior color as well (like they let you select exterior color), it would make this much easier (though I know it wouldn't be all inclusive and perfectly accurate as it wouldn't show vehicles already sold)

Edit- I was curious enough that I went through all 159 window stickers currently shown on the eshop for Punk’n. Found (15) including mine that have the steel gray leather. Add that to the one I saw on car gurus a while back, that makes (16). Mine is the only one without a hardtop. Guess that’s my answer for now LOL, not that it really means anything at all.

The JT's with factory V-8's.

But odds are they'll never see anything but MFG plates and will be crushed when they are done.

I'd really like to see a color breakdown by year. Best i can tell they only made Earl in 2023 for a couple months. Would love to know how many are out there.

What I'd like to know is if there are any Earl with a 6MT because during that couple months they had the recall for the clutch and ended production of Earl with orders like mine never to be built. There is a chance some made it down the line in the short couple of weeks between ordering Earl and the recall though.
