Anyone know the individual part numbers of the Mopar diesel lift?

Already have the control arms and struts so was hoping just to buy the rest of what I need instead of the entire kit. Anyone know the individual part numbers that make up the Diesel lift? Thanks.

It is in the lift instruction sheet. See attached PDF page 2 with the right column showing the 3.0L.

Edit: Latest part number revision is AD. I cannot find a updated instruction set PDF that supports that. Even the one on the MOPAR store is corrupted. So, there may be some part number changes.
