Anyone planning on going to the Overland Expo West in Flagstaff?

I would like to but not sure I can make the drive from Reno to Flagstaff and back and enjoy the trip and expo.

You could easily/legally dry camp off of Schnebly Hill Road which is just down the road from where the Expo is held and have plenty of elbow room. It'd be about a 15-20 minute ride max to the Expo from there...

Well I didn't see anyone else here recommend an alternative, yourself included, so you're welcome...

And there's WAY more room available there then there is @ the Expo's venue. Same goes for the Cinders, plenty of room there too.

Just a heads-up it's $37 per person and parking is already full for Saturday. Shuttle only. Kind of steep $.

interesting, is it like the off road expo they have down at westworld, or better? sent link to wife (she has a white overland diesel) so if there's lots of vendor/exhibitors might be good to see what options are for doodads, geegaws, and thingamajigs for her jeep we might swing up from prescott valley on the sunday
