Has anyone found an ARB Twin mount to locate it outside the passenger compartment? It seems the washer fluid reservoir prevents it from being mounted below the brake booster. The choices are seemingly endless for the gas version but looks like in the cab or bed are the only gas versions I can find. Anyone know of a kit I’ve missed in all my searching?

I bought this one from @813 Fabrication & Design :

Jeep Gladiator Behind The Rear Driver's Seat ARB Twin or Single Compressor Mount | 813 Fabrication & Design

Plan to mount behind rear seat. Still working through where I want to mount the couplers.

I’m looking for an option outside of the passenger compartment.
You are correct, the Underhood mounts do not work for the diesel. I have a few different options for the bed if you don't want to do in-cab. I have a medium size that is rail mount mount only. I also have a larger enclosure that mounts with (under) or without rails. I could also sell just the base mounting plate if you don't need the enclosure cover.

Or, I can also set you up with the proper adapter plates to mount the ARB twin or single on our MOLLE panels. Let me know if you have any questions!

I appreciate the reply and the info. I’m getting ready to install my lift and while I’m under the truck I’m going to figure out an under cab location

Thank you for the reply. The large box is an option. Before I commit to this option, I want to get under the truck and make sure I can’t fabricate a system to place it under the cab and run a filter relocation system.

Trail Recon has a wheel well install video that is supposed to work with both JL and Gladiator...

It's been a while since I watched, so please feel free to correct any of my assumptions that this would work for your application

I appreciate the reply. Unfortunately on the diesel version, the washer fluid reservoir tank is right where he installed that bracket and it extends all the way down to the frame rail. The gas version has the reservoir tank closer to the headlight.

I started to use the big 813 Fab box mount. Didn’t like how much space it took up and how it limited my cargo rail options. I’ll have it for sale soon at a discount if anyone is interested…
Get a nutsert tool and use your imagination. I ended up fabbing this up instead.

I think I’ve figured it out. Last night I lowered the spare tire and physically placed the dual compressor unit on top of the rear crossmember. It’s a tight fit between the crossmember and the bottom of the bed but definitely fits. Funny enough, two of the holes in the crossmember actually line up with the mounting holes on the compressor.
I’ve been through quite a bit of mud and this area seems to be protected fairly well by the spare tire. It will only get better when I lift my 37” spare up there. I’ll relocate the filters up into that cavity between the inner and outer bedsides and call it good. I’m installing my lift in two weeks and will mount the compressor while I’ve got the truck apart. I’ll post pictures for anyone interested once I get it complete.

Are we talking about a windshield washing fluid tank? Why not mount the air compressor in the safe place where the tank and just relocate or replace the washing fluid tank to the underneath? It it were to get damaged no big deal, it is just washer fluid. I can be mounted anywhere... the compressor on the other hand has to be protected and out of the elements...

I agree it needs to be protected and out of the elements. I don’t see much difference mounting it on the firewall or on a crossmember above my spare tire. They are both outside the protection of the passenger compartment. The truck will be lifted on 37’s and if a water crossing is deep enough to submerge the compressor, I really don’t need to be there.
