Thought I’d share a few pics in case somebody is on the fence. Took about 3 months but my topper is finally installed. I had to get the right side window refit and the latches adjusted by my dealer, and there are a few paint flaws that I’m not super happy with, but I’m still happy overall. For options I added the cargo rails and fold down front window for cleaning. I also had my dealer tie the topper light into the bed lights so they all come on together. After install I debadged the ARE logos which made for a lot cleaner look. We do a lot of lake trips so this will help a LOT with hauling wet gear like life jackets.

Is that the new Evo rear window? Yep, I guess It is. Looks great. I have the CX Classic on the way.

Yes, I really like it. Very clean look and the latch is easy to operate with one hand. Seems to seal up pretty well too.

Would you mind snapping a picture of the windows open? I have a bunch of dogs that all need space for their big heads out the windows. Thanks!
Edit: I'm not completely clear on the distinction between Evolve and Classic. Is it just the shape of the rear window? Available options? Presumably Evolve is more expensive.

Here’s a picture of the side slider open, it has a screen but you can see it’s pretty big. The screen could be removed but it’s not really designed to be done. They have multiple window options so maybe you can get it without a screen for the dogs?

I think the big difference is a slightly more square shape for the Classic, and the Evolve has the frameless rear window with the single latch. I think the Evolve has a few things like the carpet headliner as standard that are optional on the Classic. The ARE website lets you basically build your own to see what is optional or standard and what the options are.

Thanks. I was on the site last night before I messaged you. I just couldn't find images of how far the windows opened. I think this model will be perfect for me.

I just got mine on as well. I had similar issues with the quality.

Love the look of the ARE Cap. I ordered one in January and it came in last week. Went to have it installed and was looking it over, there were scratches all over both window frames, rear door and into the fiberglass on the passenger side. The dealer told me that this is how they come sometimes. I refused delivery and called ARE. They were no help at all. I ended up not purchasing from the dealer as he was not willing to do anything to make the cap right. I ordered one from another dealer and ETA is about 16 weeks. Hope this one come in good condition.

Did the dealer reimburse your deposit?

Do you know of anyone that added a roof top tent on the camper?

I don’t know (but probably should) the weight limits on the roof rails. That’s the only issue I could see, I’m not sure how strong these things are.
