Are Rubicon fenders WIDER than Max Tow?

As the title says, are Rubi fenders wider than Max Tow? I did search, and I'm very clear on the fact that they're higher up for increased clearance, and that they're wider than base fenders, and that Max Tow has the added lip to make them wider (but not higher) than base fenders. But what I have never seen definitively posted is whether Rubi and Max Tow are the same width or is one wider than the other?

The additional lip on my 2023 Max Tow is quite small...maybe a half inch? I can always measure them - but I assume since the axles are the same width between the two, that the fenders, including the lip, are ultimately the same width (for practical purposes).

I think I’ve seen 5/8” quoted somewhere for the max tow lip width, so your 1/2” figure isn’t far off. I have a max tow, I’m trying to figure out if Rubi’s are any wider…

That would make sense - and I bet the turn signal for max tow is the same as sport and the same as Overland was - while the Rubicon turn signal I believe is at least a half inch longer left to right.
Someone posted pictures of one of the turn signal lights with a tape measure by it - maybe it was a larger difference, but it was very noticable.

I think the turn signals are the same. The fenders are the only difference. But A max tow still uses sport wheels that are only 7" wide (Not sure of the offset). But that would explain why they could get away with just a small lip extension while using
the wide track axles.

Sport ( basic Sport, not Sport S, Willys or Max tow) are narrower and a very different light in the front.

Sport fenders are one piece. Not multiple pieces like I showed in pictures. The part below the light and to the side of the light is all one single part of the fender.
There is also not a separate outer part along the edge of the wheel opening on the base sport fender flare - it's all one piece, not two.

I swapped out max tow fenders for Rubicon flares 2023 Sport S w/ max tow. I wish I took a pic with the different flares on each side, but i didin't.... at least this gives an idea of the differences

Got some Rubicon flares and swapped them for my Max Tow flares. They’re actually narrower, not wider. The headlight is identical, and the width is the same except for the part of the flare on the Max Tow that has the lip - In that part of the flare the Max Tow is wider by maybe 3/8 inch.
