I have one of these, I love it

I bought one for my dad's JK for Xmas too

I still haven't figured out what the F shaped thing is for...
It’s a wrench to tighten the knobs

It's a wrench to overtighten and strip out the tension knuckles. 🤣 (Haven't used it for that cause I have manimal hands, but if I deploy more leverage I always end up making it tight until it's loose again.)

I didn't end up going to Four Peaks on Friday, but I did yesterday

Get up there while you can

Wow, that's cool! We went up there last week for our first time "off road" in our Gladiator. I was surprised at how rocky and bumpy it was. I had read that regular cars can do it since it's basically a fire road but that wasn't my experience! Is this just because I'm a newbie or is it kind of washed out a bit more than usual? :CWL:

It was a little rougher than usual tbh

Did you air down?

Yep, aired down to 25 psi which I'm sure helped! Just didn't expect to get shaken up so much based on what I had previously read. We have a stock Rubicon. My wife thought it would be a nice leisurely drive with some great views but instead got her brain rattled loose. :CWL:

I air down to like 15, that really makes it better

the other thing to do is disconnect your sway bar

but it’s rough in a bad way right now

Thanks for confirming that it wasn't all just me then!

I thought about airing down more but didn't want too go low and pop a bead. I'm not sure how easy it is for that to happen but I did read it's possible.

I'll have to try the sway bar disconnect next time. I need to get out there with some of you more experienced folks. I have a lot to learn!

Looks cold and miserable LOL

You missed the trail, it’s IN the wash. Can’t say I blame you though, too wet.
. We were doing the parallel bypass trail since the actual trail was a running river at the moment 😁

Finally spending some coin on the Gladiator... Took advantage of the Tax Sale at JCR to purchase a Mauler front bumper and a full height bed rack with the Molle headache rack insert. Once those arrive I'll be adding a winch and RTT. Just in time to sit for the summer unless travel to Utah or Idaho to camp. lol
