Hi everyone,

I am from Armorlite. I am here to share what we have been working on, help answer any questions, and most of all get your feedback on the floor system.

Armorlite is a COMPLETE all weather carpet replacement.

Here is a quick picture I snapped when we were test fitting prototypes for the JL, this is side by side Armorlite vs stock carpet.

sidebyside-sm-jpg.jpg

Here you have a side by side of an Armorlite prototype floor next to a stock floor from a 2021 Diesel Wrangler Unlimited. The Diesel floor has the thickest system because it is combating the extra noise from the engine.

The stock floor comes in at around 3/16" thick. Our floor is about 1", in some areas that receive more compression that area gets compacted to about 3/4"

The Insulation you see is a special woven polyester, it is designed to not hold water or mildew. The top layer is a semi rigid proprietary composite. It is grippy and has the right amount of grit for traction and will never wear a hole from your heal.

It drastically cuts down on heat coming from the floorboard, and also helps keep the heat in during the winter.

Cuts down on road noise and makes the overall cabin feel much quieter. Even with noisy tires you can hold a conversation with ease.

jlfloor-sm-jpg.jpg

Here it is installed, the Orange (also available in black) drain plug continues down past the sheet metal, this allows you to rinse out your floors easy without removing them allowing the water to run out of the vehicle.
The floor fits tight to the floor, it isn't floppy, does not need heat to shrink it to fit better.
Built in water channels keep mud snow and water from seeping underneath, and again the drain plug gives it a way out.

jl-rear-side-sm-jpg.jpg

jlrear-sm-jpg.jpg

Here are the rears. Same drain plugs as the front. Resistant to Mud, Snow, Salt, Dog Poop, Dog Hair, Milkshakes, Baby Fluids, Margarita Mix, Grease and Hunting trophy's
Durable enough to resist damage from heavy parts for your old Jeep, your drunk buddies pocket knife, football cleats, Ammo cans, Bear Traps, Raccoons and even Badgers. ( Some of these are not lab tested, but safe to assume)

Installed my desert khaki Armorlite floor and my triple black Ruby w 23,000k. After a couple hours and some bloody fingers (my fault) i now have my favorite mod. Makes my jeep feel complete and even more solid. The interior noise, in my opinion, has been muffled and the look and feel of it better than I hoped for. Thank you Armorlite. 5 stars i will post more pics asap.

Spartan1 after seeing your photos I'll be thinking hard on getting it... Especially with it in that color. It would be a good match for Gobi and will not show the clay as much.👍 Now to see the sticker shock.
Not bad of a shock being I only need the front mainly. 🤔 Dang more stuff.

I got my Armorlite system installed last night! The install was very straightforward and the quality is fantastic. I took it for a quick test drive on the interstate and the noise from outside the cabin is reduced dramatically! I don't hear as much of the road noise, engine sound, or my aftermarket exhaust. Great product!

I just installed on my 2021 Gladiator Mojave. Really straight forward. It took me 2.5 hours - between answering random questions from my 3 year old and wiping sweating off myself. Everything fit like a glove, I could have done it faster, but took my time to not break any factory trim retainer clips.

That looks awesome! Did you have to remove your seats to do the install?Have you noticed any difference in the cabin noise since you did the install?

This is the dog's bollocks. Solves the issue for dirt, mud and dog hair as well as improves the sound deadening. I haven't purchased this yet but I will. Unfortunately you don't ship to Canada. So I have to figure out the best place to get it shipped to in the US where I can pick it up without too much additional cost.

You can purchase from Quadratec or Northridge 4x4 both which supply to Canada.

They are out of stock. Which is typical of most things these days. Besides....once you do the currency exchange I'm paying $45 on top then add shipping fees. I won't spend that much on gas getting to Pembina ND and back.
