Slims? Never knew about any slim versions of those. I've been actually looking to get the RB20s in the bedliner finish. Been contemplating and pricing around for awhile now

Wow wasn’t aware. Just looked them up. Although I’m Not sure how much shorter than the originals I’d like. I can’t speak personally but I’ve been planning to buy them for awhile as mentioned, but anything shorter I’d imagine you’d might as well just go for some rock rails verses as side step in general.

For me I like a full length step versus a drop step mainly due to being Able to step up anywhere on the truck as opposed to just at the doors like most drop steps. Helps with cleaning and other tasks. And being that I do have full length steps already (although they’re the stock ones) is why I hadn’t been in a hurry and been knocking out other more important mods. But they have def been next.

I’d like to maybe see a comparison of the two at some point before purchasing. But envisioning it 2 inches shorter takes away a solid foot print I’d imagine.

Too bad your not closer in location. Otherwise I’d say sell me your standards for the price of the new slim lines and I’d gladly take them off your hands. (Assuming they’re the Bedliner ones I planned on). ?

Yea I agree, the step width is nice and convenient for sure, I use it all the time. These steps look great with about a 3" lift or taller then the truck looks proportional to the truck height. If I find a picture, I'll send it to you. Cheers!
