My auto stop/start only seems to work about 1/2 the time. Find if I come to a easy stop it doesn't engage but if I come to a more abrupt stop it engages.

My wife just got a new Mercedes. Also has auto start/stop but you can't even tell when it turns off and on. Very quiet and subtle. If the Jeep had the same one I don't think anyone would complain.

The A/C in Max used to mean there was no outside air being introduced to the cabin and therefore easier to cool already cool air. The recirculation button does the same. Not sure if the "Modern" system has a lower, lower temp. threshhold for Max A/C. Same principle applies to heated air in the winter.

No doubt ?.

Here’s the even crazier thing ....it’s 109 but “feels” like 101 AND no humidity. It’s not that bad actually.

King of the Hill said it best

Gotta be the A/C IMO. I know what inspired me to get a Tazer before my tires was it shutting off and the humidity seeping in when I lived in VA.

And yes, Satan's back porch > humidity every day of the week.
Damn Skippy! I was in Florida a few days back and I thought I was melting .....can’t do the humidity anymore.

LOL! One of things that make it bearable in the Summer months, if you can find shade and even
a slight breeze any perspiration evaporates quickly and it's not too bad. You have to love the desert though.

Hopefully this is a helpful question and not a hijack...Does anyone know how if you can adjust the climate controls with u-connect? It's cool when I get to work, so the AC is not already on. If I remote start in the afternoon, can I turn on the AC with u-connect, or do I have to set it up manually before I shut down in the morning? ...it's going to be 120 here tomorrow...

My sentiments exactly! I'll take our dry desert heat over a humid climate. Back on topic, I set to Max AC for this reason during the summer months.

On a positive note, my Gladiator seems to deal with crazy hot temps very well, the AC cools off the cab very nicely and gets it comfortable, at least so far.

The temperature cannot be adjusted remotely. Remote Start runs the Climate Control at the settings in place when the vehicle was last powered off. I have mine set to front vents with AC and Recirc on and the temperature set to 67 degrees. I don't ever need to adjust it, and get either heating or cooling depending on the outside temperature. I just have to remember to turn the fan up to 6 before shutdown. My gas mileage suffers because I always Remote Start so that I have a comfortable cab when I get in.
