Backordered Jeep parts list...

Can't see those days for backordered parts coming into play since the company IS trying to resolve the issue. I bet they can argue against counting that time waiting for parts that are either out of their control fully or even partially out of their control.

The law is not lenient on counting the days. Attorney said if they tried to blame the global shortages or labor shortages, it's as simple as getting the weekly production numbers to show they did have the parts in possesion.

Minor issue, but I just picked up my factory ordered JT on Saturday and it was missing the slush mats I ordered with it. Backordered, no ETA, so they just dropped them from my order and didn't even tell the dealer. Ordered a set on ebay, we'll see if they arrive. Dealer said they're having all kinds of issues like this and rattled off a few "problem child" options like all the safety nannies. However, my Jeep had ALL the options he mentioned and it got built and delivered in what seems to be record time - 35 days from order placed to delivery at dealer.

Just got an email from them saying in stock.

Thanks man, finally cancelled my order from Quadratec and ordered from here. Arriving today, now I have a weekend project.

Same boat, I ordered a set of rubicon fender flares in May and went to the dealer today and the delivery date has been pushed once again to Nov 1 with no signs that they will actually arrive anytime soon.
