Bank 1 slow response

Had the intake cam shaft replaced around 4k miles ago after a couple weeks check engine light started coming on for bank 1 slow response did an oil change and everything was running great for a couple 100 miles now bank to the same code bank 1 slow response . I love this truck but it's burning me out any input would be great

Truck still under warranty?

Not sure how comfortable or capable you are with working on your vehicle, but at least a handful of possible causes are pretty easy to check. At the very least, verify you have at least 16psi oil pressure at idle when fully warmed up and that you don't have any other fault codes that may be contributing to the issue.
