Yes even without power windows and power locks you still have other functions such as auto park and the door ajar chime so there will always be a wiring harness to disconnect.

I still can't figure out why a person would want a 4 door vehicle that requires you to literally reach around the B pillar every time you need to lock or unlock the rear doors.
I'm skinny so no biggie

Interesting. VIN checks out so it seems they are finally building and delivering base Sport models.
Oh my God . . . Now I Really feel super awful for the LE Early Birders who were Expecting their LAUNCH EDITIONS !st - to see the "lowliest of Low" versions now hitting the dealer lots . . . I think I'd have ROAD RAGE if I were "that guy" !

Why ? JEEP expects ALL of US to attempt the impossible (while driving) and open the rear MANUALLY Operated Slider window ! ? I find this totally UNACCEPTABLE !

Not so certain about that. I am in South Carolina and a dealership in South Carolina told me the they have to order some stupid option package 23S to get a base Sport and when you do that it adds $2348 to the price and adds power windows, mirrors and locks. Means it really is no longer a base Sport model. I am guessing that this makes it a Sport S. And as you know on that build site it does not show that you can add any of these things to a base Sport model. He said that right now he is blocked from being able and order a base Sport model. He thinks that maybe this dealership managed to slip this order in before they blocked their ability to order base Sport trucks or that Jeep just built it as a spec truck and shipped it to that dealership so they could sell it. This was the one and only base Sport model showing in the entire USA. Rather mysterious to me.
23B = base manual
24B = base automagical
23S = sport manual
24s = sport automagical

he's ordering a S not base model

I don't ever lock my doors, keep nothing valuable in it.

I'm very interested in this as well, particularly if it has the tow package. I've gathered in other threads here that FCA is not allowing dealers to order base Sport JTs for stock (only custom orders for specific customers). I haven't seen a single base Sport show up on Jeep's "search new inventory" tool here in Minnesota yet.

As to the lack of power locks, I'm with @Epb1981 in that I don't plan to lock my doors very often. Luckily I live in a low crime part of the world and don't keep that much stuff in my truck. Besides, there is lockable storage behind the rear seats.
