Can I connect the ring terminal connectors on the battery tender harness to the 2 threaded studs on the positive and negative post clamps?

Connect it to the upper bolts on the positive and negative terminals.

No, not on the CLAMPS - not for the negative.

For the negative, connect in the green circle - NOT at the clamp stud crossed out in red.

That's what I wanted to know, I'm looking to attach the loop conectors to the 2 threaded studs pointing up on both positive and negative, will this be Okay?

I know you already have the correct answer, but to the "can I" part of the question, even the way people thought you were trying to do, it would work, it's just not the best option. The magic sparkles that live in the battery just care about continuity and adequate capacity.
Old school, it was common to use the clamp bolt for accessories. It was also a common source of improper clamping though.

Not only is it not the best option - it will f- things up and you will have charging system and other issues.
Multiple documents state NEVER BLIND CHARGE (and on the flip side, don't take loads off the battery terminal!)

So on sort - it's not just "not the best option" - it's a "DO NOT" thing

If you're just trying to keep the batteries topped off while it sits, I put a 7 pin trailer plug on my tender and just plug it in to the trailer port when Im not using it. Easier than messing with the hood every time.

Oh, you mean like I've done for a year or two? 😁

I didn't modify the end of my BatteryMinder at all, I just used an adapter. This also shows me when have electrical contact with the truck. (the red LED on the adapter)

I do put a reminder on my door handle, on the other hand, the way I have it rigged, I could drive away and it would simply pull out and not tear anything apart. (I back into the garage so don't see the rear end of the thing when getting in)

Yep. I use a quick disconnect so I can still use the charger for other things as well.

I really like that this battery tender setup seems to keep my OEM batteries topped off and ready to go.

It tells me the current battery voltage before I plug the battery tender in, the charging voltage and FUL when in maintenance model.

I'm doing the same, I use it on my new Gladiator and my wife's Wrangler. Makes it easy to keep them both in good condition as our communes are both under 2 miles to work.
