Bed tie downs

I have a 23 Willy’s Sport. Is there supposed to be tie downs in the front of the bed. The dealer installed a Mopar bedliner when I bought it and now I’m thinking they never reinstalled them.

There should be two low at the front of the bed bolted on with one bolt so they swivel. Drop in bed liner or sprayed in?
There is also and option for bed rails at the top sides and front with four tie down points included but it is an option…..Jack

It’s a drop in liner. Now I have to investigate. I definitely don’t have the bed rails. Thanks Rich

They might be behind the liner, a lot have a circle plug that covers them for most use and they you pop it out to use tie downs.
