I have the bottom side piece only and not the full bed covering but as long as you use the adhesion promoter you should be good.

I have the bullet liner and used a little sand paper to smooth it out before sticking the velcro strips. I also used the adhesive promoter and it works good.

I have a bed liner in my truck, and I bought the bottom only BedRug. Because I have a tonneau cover I didn't use the velcro on the bedrun. It allows me to take it out and clean easily if I need to.
