I imagine because they are a 3 peak rated tire they are softer. More prone to ripping lugs. No BOH trails for me. Nothing to crazy. Setup is more for camping and getting to remote campsites. Yeah rocks happen it's a toss up between those and the nitto recon grappler. Trying to stay on the lighter side of tires. My Falken tires have been awesome in the snow and rain. No complaints except that 35s are heavy otherwise I'd go that route.I’m in the Southern part of the state and don’t see any snow.
My AT3s had chunks and cracking in between the tread which got the warranty credit from DT towards my Toyo RT Trails.

The AT3s seemed to lose traction and squeal after a while around my neighborhood roundabouts which to me would equate to loss of traction in snow.
