That's been done by a forum member who posted pictures of the bracket he made, the connections and what he used to connect things together.Unfortunatedly I can not share pictures rigth now, but there is plenty space to relocate main battery, or, install an additional battery behind rear rigth wheel well. I have installed ther a yellow top optima battery and fits perfectly. I have used the side rock protection 3 screws, to support the base I built for the battery, and the battery is completely concealed.

But for him, it's not to supplement the main/crank battery, it's a "house battery" for his stuff in the truck.
Best to use a DC/DC system and not just connect them together.
