I bought my 20 Red Jeep Gladiator Rubicon 1 month ago. I love it and chose it out of others because it has awesome wheels and tires.

However, after seeing a lot of cool wheels that are red, I'd like to swap them out for some red ones. But I wouldn't want to pay a lot and just trade them with paying a little something.

Thoughts on how to best do that?

Going to be tough to find someone with the exact wheels & tires you want and then get them to trade with you for the exact wheels & tires you already have.

Just buy the ones you want and post the ones you have for sale. Be prepared to ask pennies on the dollar for what you have. 22s could be a tough sell.

I agree with jac04, buy what you want and sell the old.

I wouldn't ask pennies on the dollar though. Start high, about 70% the cost of new is where I'd try to start. Assuming they are in good shape without curb rash.

Here is another option to see if you really want to switch...Plastidip the, its about 100 (I think) for a wheel kit and it seems as though their products are getting better and better. If you like the wheel but want red this could be an option

I second powder coating / painting the wheels you have. You said you chose it for the wheels and seem to just want a color change. I think red on the “spoke” portion with the black in the background could be pretty cool looking. And WAY cheaper in the long run than a new set and the inevitable hit you’ll take on selling the ones you have. Maybe a few cans of red plastidip and some tape to test it out before you make up your mind 100%
