Thanks all,
I had someone state they had issue with one of the caps not threading on and had to use pliers, I'll work on making sure i can get the threads right as that process for me is manually done at the moment with a tap, i have discovered that i can now print threads in which may make it more uniform. I have ran a bolt into the caps i have made using a nut driver to make sure the threads are good.. if you have an issue let me know and will make it right.
