How far booked out are those? I didn't exactly have the best experience trying to get a black diamond version and had to cancel that.
Question for you.... Did they charge your card while the order was "awaiting fulfillment?"
I'm used to it pending, then charging when it ships, but they hit my account right after the order was placed. I'll wait and its fine, but there's a big difference between charging for stuff that exists but takes time to ship, or charging for things that aren't built yet and don't have an ETA.

I actually ordered the Northridge (they were great to deal with through the whole thing by the way). They did charge my card upon the order and refunded once I cancelled. I was told not to change my order with NR by Bestop and all orders were being fulfilled the following week. Then when I called Bestop the following week to check, it was pushed out another month.

Would anyone who's received one be kind enough to take some measurements? I'm trying to figure out if it will overlap well enough with a Brute Double Cab.

I'm interested in learning the width x length footprint of the rails and the height at the cab.

Had the trial run for the dog ventilation system I made. It worked wonderfully! I’m glad I put the valve in there because were they completely closed, forcing all of the air into the topper, it actually was enough internal pressure to push the back window seals out letting them flap freely in the wind. Even though they were pushed out they never came unzipped or caused any damage which was nice.

After I set the valve to probably about 50% it was enough airflow for the dogs without blowing the seams out of the topper

also I can confirm for anyone who is curious that you can wrap the entire system up with a little bit of forethought and store it away if you don’t intend to use it all the time.

I found something similar when ordering a softopper. They must have contacted Fedex to get a shipping sticker without fulfilling the order. Says it will be at my place by Thursday. I doubt it. Also, I think bestop and softopper are the same company now.

Just went and put a tape on it: 62 1/4” front rail to back rail; 61 1/2” side to side; height at cab is just shy of 22 1/2”

I will say, there’s a tiny bit of adjustment available (you can pull the sides in/out or the front/rear forward/back about 1/4-1/2” before it comes out of the track).

Appreciated!! Those dimensions are inside to inside of the rails I assume? How wide are the rails themselves? (If I was trying to extrapolate outside to outside footprint).

Those are the outside dimensions of the Bestop rails.

A quick update: my original top just didn't fit right and I was having issues with the sides and back coming loose anytime I drove on gravel (and even at times on a nicely paved road). Well, Bestop sent me out a new top, and I put it on yesterday. I have to say, the install was night and day different. Pretty sure the first one I got was a manufacturer defect as things just didn't line up as well and it never fit as tightly as the new one.

I'll update more once I get back from a road trip this weekend and really test it out. For now I wanted to at least give Bestop props for listening to my concerns and doing their part to remedy the issue. Fingers crossed that the replacement solves the problem.

I apologize for the fact that you had to deal with the trouble, but thank you for giving us the chance to make it right. I hope you get a lot of use and enjoyment out of it, it is a great product!

I’d definitely be interested in updated pics. The saggy fit some were reporting definitely turned me off from these a bit.

I'll update with pictures shortly. The fit is great with the replacement top I received. I'm in the middle of a trip, but did over 3 hours at 80+mph and the top didn't budge at all. The sides and back stayed put, and the bed was completely dry after a downpour.

I had a couple folks ask me about fitment, and I wanted to essentially copy/paste my suggestions to them for the group to see.

The install of the rails can make a massive difference on the fit of the top. If you take a look at how the front and rear bars attach, you'll see that there's some wiggle room. So basically, you can push the bed rails out (towards the outside of the bed) pretty far and still be able to secure the front and rear rails. Also, for whatever reason, it seems to mount best when oriented more towards the rear than towards the cab (instructions say to place it just over 2" from the cab, I put mine at about 2.5" from the cab and the fit was noticeably better).

Hope this helps!
