Does anyone make a better Mojave upper shock bolt (M14)? On the stock bolt the shoulder area is smaller than the threads, that is backwards from the norm. It leaves a little slop.

I get your concern, but it is the clamping force from the bolt that holds the shock in place (or I guess I should say it holds the steel inner sleeve of the shock bushing in place). If the bolt is properly torqued, the little bit of slop doesn't really matter.

On the stock Mojave shocks there is a bigger surface area on the bushing to grip. On the Fox Performance 2.5 Elite shocks, the surface area on the bushing is a lot smaller. So I would feel better if the bolt didn't have the play in it...
