Big thumbs down for 4wd.com --- buy elsewhere!

Just wanted to share a bad purchase experience with these guys... Hopefully steer people away from that company.

Was super exited to find a Smittybilt XRC Gen2 front bumper for my JT at such a good deal.

Ordered the item on their eBay site, it was showing in stock on their website.
Paid immediately. No communication whatsoever for a couple of days no big deal... Finally get a tracking number (w/o carrier info).
Couple days later find out that the seller requested the product to be returned to them!

Shitty move as they then jacked up the price!

Here is proof the item was purchased and paid. I just wished they had owned up to the listed price rather than waste my time!

Yeah, 4WD.com is the online outlet of 4 Wheel Parts, same shady practices and all.

Not a fan of 4WP.

During the pandemic they took nearly $600 for parts they didn't deliver for over 6 months. I didn't have a problem with the delay, just the lack of communication over e-mail and no answer on the phone.
