Black is played out, let's see some colored rims

Just put on these Alpha XCommander wheels this weekend, I am really digging the bronze personally.

I've been considering these exact wheels. Do you have any down the side pics showing how much they poke out? The -20mm offset gave me pause. I appreciate it.

Back in the 70s white spoke was the hot one. Then came chrome.
I never was a fan of black. I like Machine finish. I also like the red but they will fade. Some of the lighter bronze looks good. Rim color and type is whatever you like.

Black tuner wheels on trucks…..I was burnt out before it even started. Every truck I see has them, it’s like Fast and Furious came to the farm.
Me wee Willys has the factory black wheels on it, between sting grey and black everything else like the top it pulls it off cleanly. But I’ve been longing for an old school set of polished aluminum wheels along the lines of American Racing Baja or that style.

+44 stock to - 20 is 2.5” so thats how much poke it has on stock width tires. From there add half the additional width of the new tires

Here you go, it's not as bad as I was expecting. I'll be honest, the trim rings have not worn very well even though I ceramic coated them. They are a faded and splotchy gray now. And the lug holes are ridiculously small. Otherwise they are a good wheel for the price.

I'm not sure, I Plast-dip mine before I got the 33s on mine. I can say my rims don't look that nice now though. To many dogs deciding to mark them, brake dust and road grime. So your have a win there.
I just hope that when I decide to redo them it peels off cleanly. I should have enough to redo them again, that is if I don't use it on my R.T.T, it's clear coat is peeling and looks like s### now from sun and weather.

I got mine back in Aug, so I'm sure you did it first. I did do a rattle can over plasti-dip but they have enough trail rash now that they only look good from about 30ft.
