Blinking lights no power steering

I just started up my gladiator rubicon and the dash lights/ warnings were all blinking car started and I had no power steering and car with squiggly tire tracks (traction control?) light stayed on. I pulled back in my spot and turned it off and then the car wouldn’t start. Sat a bit tried again flickering lights back car starts no power steering same light stays on. Only a few miles from home and it’s a straight shot so took it slow. Got home turned it off turned it back on...everything normal. Maybe a battery thing?? I do have the cel misfire error going on but usually that goes off and all is well.
