After going through 2 Gladiators from Carmax--The first one a super clean 2022 High Altitude and the second a 2021 Rubicon that needed a little help, I finally said screw it and bought a new one. After driving a diesel, I knew that's the direction I needed to go. Even with the reported issues, the thing has so much character, that it was worth rolling the dice. Now with the diesel being discontinued, I figured it was now or never. I found a 2023 about 3 hours north outside of Green Bay--It was ordered by a good customer of theirs and not picked up. He checked off every option I would have wanted(ACC/parking sensors.cold weather and towing packages) Another bonus was the Katzkin leather seats were also ordered. Unfortunately the dealership wasn't willing to negotiate as much as some of the others mentioned in the forum, but considering this one had the options I wanted, combined with the fact that 2023 is the final year of diesel production, I went for it. I already have an appointment at Line-X on Wednesday and the wax rustproofing place the following week. After that, I have to get going on paying it off:)

Very nice! How much did you get off MSRP if you don't mind my asking?

Thanks! No problem at all--The cost was $63350+TTL and a $400 dealer doc fee. Wisconsin is only eligible for the 10% rebate as opposed the 15% other regions have. There was an additional $750 rebate I received after playing around with the Jeep website tho. Any little bit helps!

Already do!--It really is a different experience than driving the gas powered HA. That truck had a more of a composed "SUV feel" to it--which was a plus in some situations. This one feels more like a truck that is ready to take on anything you want to throw at it. Love the clatter from the motor too.......

Nice JT!!!! Love the sting grey with the color matched fenders and hardtop. Yeah--With the discounts and the diesel being discontinued, I figured it was now or never when it came to getting a new one. I'm sure you were in the same position--Congrats!
