Box DEF vs Pump DEF?

I stock them up when there's a sale and use them as need it. I like the convenient not having to drive to the stores. Living the Bay Area, there's always traffic

Yeah if I was in the bay I would do the same. I’m in Sonoma county so not as much of an issue. Pump def is actually super convenient for me.

Not 100% accurate. I worked for several of the big truck stops long before def became a small truck thing.

Def became a lot like wiper fluid. Sure they could put the equivalent of a bottle of windex in; but they made more money if they added some water.

The big stops def usually came in either tankers or 55 gallon drums and it wasn't anything to find someone out there with a garden hose during fill up or towards the end of the month "topping up" the tanks.

Def is made to X% but will work down to Y%.

Pump def will always be as close to Y% as a gas station can get because it makes them money.
