There’s vids and info on the old style rocker. Well my bank 2 intake rocker is toast got the valve colder off there’s a little damage to the cam but no engine lights. Do you replace these the same way jus loosen the cam or should I jus put a new cam in it as well

I don't like to mix and match new and old parts.
You said there's a little damage to the cam - then it's junk, IMO. ANY damage or wear where these followers ride is bad.
You may never see a MIL (malfunction indicator light). Just because there's no light doesn't mean there's no problem.

There's also a reason you pulled the valve cover - which you haven't said why.

Likely the videos you are seeing are the first gen 3.6 - these are different in many ways - different intake lash adjusters, different intake followers, dual-profile intake cams for the low and high valve lift modes (VVL - variable valve lift)
I'd not rely totally on those old videos - and honestly - just because someone does it and posts on YT doesn't mean they did it right.

I had to replace bank 1 intake cam and rockers. If the rocker is worn, so is the cam. Replace the cam and the lash adjuster on the bad rocker. The TSB says to do all of the intake lash adjusters for a tick. If one rocker is bad, I would say the same thing. You should pop the cam off and look at all the rockers for wear and all the high lift cam lobes.

How many miles and why isn't it under warranty?

Wow, your 2022 had that problem? And there's a TSB?

This is the thread I started about it. I had 39k miles on it when I fixed it, probably started at 30k.
There are TSBs about a ticking noise. Just says to replace all intake lash adjusters and any worn rockers. I'm guessing (emphasis on guess) that the lash adjusters malfunction somehow and the oil doesn't get where it needs to go. Then lubrication isn't sufficient, then self machining cam of sadness.

The TSB is for lash adjusters. Doesn't mention followers at all.
Says if it's noisy, replace the lash adjusters on that bank. Nothing more or less.
It does mention exhaust lash adjusters and how to check them - replace if faulty, but again, nothing about other parts.

HOWEVER, if you run with that tick long enough, the hammering effect will likely damage other parts so while the TSB is assuming you have an abnormal tick and deal with it right away, we know there's a reality that it won't get dealt with and other parts may be damaged. The TSB deals with the tick - hopefully the person doing the repairs is smart enough to look at other parts since you need to disassemble things to get to the lash adjusters anyway.
As many of us know from years of owning and driving vehicles without hydraulic self-adjusting valve trains, a small tick doesn't necessarily mean destruction.

Also the TSB covers 22-23 model year 3.6. No other model year is mentioned.

HLA = Hydraulic Lash Adjuster (some people still call them lifters - weird because they don't lift shit, they take out lash hydraulically. They ain't lifters. Lifters lift. These sit still in their seats.
