Hi All,

Does anyone work at a dealer, or have an ability to order a factory part?
I need 7BU57DX9AA (It's the The center stack controls directly under the main screen) - and I'm severely getting the run around.

If anyone has the ability to get that part and an ETA I will call up and pay with credit card right now and pay for postage to Florida.

(I'm told it's back ordered and there is no ETA - but I'm in Australia where everything is extremely slow and stupid - I'm hoping someone can pull it out of somewhere special)

Thanks very much for any help,

-Dan

Your exact part number doesn't come up, here is the page from @AllMoparParts.com

https://parts.allmoparparts.com/v-2021-jeep-gladiator--rubicon--3-6l-v6-gas/electrical--switches

They have 56 and 59 but skip over your 57.
Huh, Interesting, thanks very much.

Do you have any idea why the part numbers change by one like that?
"Center Stack" is part number
7BU49DX9AA all the way to 7BU70DX9AA (But skipping a few like you said).
To my eye they are all exactly the same thing and vehicle fitment is identical.... do they increase part number like that for a new revision of the same thing or something like that?

Or maybe they are all slightly different and have different switches for different options (heated seats, heating steering wheel, etc. etc.) ?

It's hard telling. The one in Deland came up as for a 2021-2022 JL and to my knowledge there should be no difference on that part between a JL and a JT.

Your best bet, is to go to AllMoparParts.com and plug in your VIN and it should list EXACTLY what yours came with factory.

Or since I've tagged him, Benny should be around shortly to help.

Thanks, I appreciate it. I sent Benny a message too.

The dealer diagnosed my problem and said that was the part number I Need.. but getting it here in Australia is a 3+ month wait, and if I buy it myself it's $1300.
So I'm hoping I can just get one directly from the US.. mine has all the options (heated seats, steering wheel, etc. etc.) so I assume my button combination is pretty specific.

.. I don't see where to plugin my VIN on allmoparparts.com ... they also don't list that exact part number I was quoted from my dealer.

In the search box, upper right corner of their page.

https://parts.allmoparparts.com/

BUT, I think they only carry US Spec parts, COULD be your problem finding the part here.
I'm thinking the same thing. It didn't like my vin at all.

but that exact part I was quoted (7BU57DX9AA) does seem to exist in some US places..

Moparpartsinc seems ot have it for $200 although it doesn't eplicitly say its in stock, I was able to add it to my cart: https://www.moparpartsinc.com/p/Jeep_2021_Gladiator-Rubicon-36L-V6-AT-4WD/97491679/7bu57dx9aa.html

I put in the vehicle as a 21 JTR and it says it fits. I can't imagine there would be a different part for the right hand drive. I think the bezel is different so your starter button is on the right, but the button section looks to be the same.

It is odd that allmoparparts.com doesn't come up with a result though. Hopefully Benny will be able to help.

Unfortunately Benny confirmed it's an "export only" part, probably due to the parking sensors and other features my Gladiator has that the North American ones don't (blind spot detect, etc.).

Thanks for the help, I'll keep exploring options!

Thats too bad I hope you get it sorted soon, I'm looking forward to your touring around Australia.

So I wonder if the part in my link is an export part then? The PN matches..

It is - and all the online places that list it that I've contacted come back and say "Oh, actually, we don't have it and can't get it" .. so I think they just have it listed to drive google clicks, but can't actually get that part.
