CavFab, Motobuilt, or EVO sliders

I have been looking at sliders for months, I really like and want the look of the EVO bomber sliders, but I have zero interest in adding the skins that bolt to the body. I've recently found CavFab makes a similar style, but I wanted to know if you could run these without the skins below the doors.

I also like the Motobuilt ones, but pretty sure they require the skins.

Does anyone have any opinions, or experience with these sliders?

I did search this first but didn't find much on them.

Yes, I know. They are currently my top choice but was hoping someone would chime in with their experiences with them, set up without the skins.

I have the EVO bomber sliders without the skins on mine. They've had the full weight of the truck on them and have held up great.

I could be wrong but I was under the impression that it is optional. Why are you against the skin? It's added protection

I don't like the aesthetics or the permanence of the skins. I may also twitch at the idea of putting holes in the body.

The Motobilt body armor/skins are optional if installing the Frame mounted Rocker guards. They are installed on this JT but painted to match the Jeep.
