I ordered a 2021 sport s max tow. It wouldn’t let me add color matched fenders to the build. Browsing inventory last night I found a 2020 max tow with color matched fenders. My question is since I’ve now seen it can I change my order and add the color match fenders somehow?

Is your order in D1 status?

I didn't think you could get max tow with painted fenders. Could that have been a dealer painted part?

Most dealers have told their customers an order can't be changed once it is in D1 status. You'll have to check with your dealer on status, if the order system allows body colored fenders on that trim, and if the order can change.

Crypto only tracks once the build has started. Since you ordered 3 weeks ago did your dealer give you a POC with Status Code or Priority Order fields filled out on it?

You can ask him status or see if Jeep Chat will tell you the status code, often they won't. It will still be up to the dealer and factory if an order can be changed.

Jeep chat told me all the material was gathered for my build and 2021 production would start soon. She couldn’t tell me when.
I would like to add color match fenders & led lighting.

I would doubt it could be changed. Confirm with your dealer. Maybe he will let you change your order to a dealer inventory order and put in a new sold order for what you want.

LED lighting isn’t an option on the sport

Sounds like I won’t get either choice. I’ll just stick with what I ordered. Can always buy a set of color match fenders off craigslist and really only want the led headlights and fog lights. Can just buy them separately and install them.
