I have an old school Coleman two burner, and a fancy single burner multifuel (I forget the brand, and don't want to go digging through the camping gear closet to find it).

The real standout is my vintage Son of Hibachi. Back when I was DDing my '62 VW bus and driving all over the country we'd cook on it, and use it as a space heater. It's all cast iron, runs on charcoal, and is its own chimney starter. The cast iron will hold a lot of heat, so before going to bed, you extinguish/dump all of the coals and bring it inside to boost the temperatures a bit. Eventually in such a small space, body heat will get some warmth in the cab, but the SOhB gets you there quicker.
