Coolant smell when off-roading?

Every time I get the truck in 4wheel drive off road on slower trails I smell coolant. I have had to ad a little in the last 10 thousand miles but not much.
where could this be coming from?
I have the extended warranty and am still covered.
Is this something I should take to the dealer and get fixed?

Check the connector on the underside of the coolant tank. The O-ring in that connector has been known to fail and cause coolant to drip here.
