Coverking install, Carpet tape?

So I have some carpet tape and it is DAM STRONG. I bought it for wood working and found it too hard to take the pieces apart after template work. Seems to have the strength just not sure if it can handle the heat and cold. If not I will just order some auto 3m or such, tried some LLPT for the freedom panels and not liking the results from them.

Any experience, can the carpet tape hold up to the temps?

If it has a brand you should be able to look it up online and see what the temperature ranges are.
