I've seen a lot of their YT videos, that young Asian guy seems like a cool guy - can't remember his name. They do some AWESOME deals on brand new Gladiators. Has anyone dealt with them? Are they pretty straight? Like it's a good 2-3 hr drive for me so I don't want to make that drive and they throw in a bunch of oopsies we forgot to mention this.

Our daughter turns 16 in Dec and my wife wants to give her, her car. OK fine by me. Our son is 23 and we rarely have all four of us in the car anymore and when our daughter starts driving it'll most likely be my wife and I by ourselves. She's tired of an SUV, she has a Tahoe. She and I took a weekend trip last weekend for a baseball game and we took her car. The whole way there and back every Wrangler or Gladiator she saw she made a comment about me getting a new Gladiator and letting her have my Wrangler.

Since Thursday of last week now she has wore me out wanting my Wrangler. Now I have the itch for a Gladiator and Cross Jeep keeps showing up in my recommended videos.

$46k cash out the door for a 2025 Gladiator Rubicon is hard to ignore. May be making a little road trip this weekend. I have a bunch of hotel points for the Omni in Louisville anyway, that'll make the wife want to go too. LOL!

I tried to make a deal with them on a ‘25 Mojave X. They wouldn’t give me what I others offered me on my 22 Rubicon trade. Numbers just were where I needed them to be. I did like what they did to some of the regular Mojave’s by adding after market wheels, bumpers, lights, etc. However, I was looking for an X.
I ended up making the best deal at Jeff Wyler in Lawrenceburg, Indiana…basically Cincinnati. Got a 25 Mojave X dual top, sticker was $68k. I was out the door at $46k with my trade. They took $11K right off the top.

Most everyone I have worked with seems legit. I have not purchased there yet, but I go there for service and have had several things done to my JT there. They build some nice rigs with good parts. I was there last week, rented a new '25 JT to scan and measure over the weekend. They have a big selection of JTs and Wranglers at the moment. If you want to talk to someone in service about the builds, ask for Tyler Morrison

I think Aaron at Cross Jeep must be pretty straight up. This mornings youtube video he hands the mic to two out of state buyers and asks them how everything went....they were both complimentary. He does highlight that Cross Jeep does not do bogus add-ons or fees. One thing is for sure....they stock and sell a lot of Gladiators.

Why don't you just call and talk to someone about whichever truck you're interested in? And when they send you the invoice you'll see what, if any, bullshit fees they're going to try and charge you... My past two vehicles I bought out of state, then tax and titled them myself when i got back home. The out of state sellers always seem to screw it up and try to overcharge on taxes. I had one dealership that was going to charge me more than $4k over the sales tax owed when I was shopping for my gladiator and another one was going to try and charge me California road tax of $1500(?). When I told him I didn't even live in California and that I was going to walk, he just apologized and said it was the state's policy. I said whatever and told him I was walking. He promptly called me back 15mins later and told me he spoke to his manager and that the California road tax for it state buyers was only $500 because I still had to drive California roads to leave after buying the vehicle. I just laughed and hung up.

From the responses on this thread though, seems like this dealer is pretty good to work with. Good Luck!!

Those two out of staters bought the two Jeeps I would’ve bought. I saw that video yesterday when I came home from the office. They had 4 at that price two sold and the other two say Pending.

I guess I snoozed just a few hours and losed.

One thing I can NOT get an answer from them on via their text thing or calling direct is they have their “Cross Jeep wholesale direct” price and when you click on the payment button all their Gladiators jump about $5500 in price. I’m starting to wonder if they mean wholesale literally and I have to have a dealers license to get that price.

I hope they changed since my experience with them. They must have used my Comanche for test drives and swapped out my full size spare for a donut spare between my inspection and pickup. Getting a ride from Ft. Knox for it then more magical fees since it was delivered there. Not when and where originally scheduled for in St Louis 3 month earlier.
That was a long time ago though. So no current experience with them.

I’ve asked them for four days now why the advertised price jumps $5500 when you click on it and I keep getting “We’re looking into it.” So I just point blank asked well is the advertised price right or the extra $5500 and they don’t answer.

I do most all of my maintenance there. Never bought from them though. They keep a very nice arsenal of Jeeps though and even better they're an AEV certified dealer. Love the Jeep and Java events they often do.

Only ever had one issue there after some maintenance done. Had both my batteries replaced there (aux and main, although I could have done the labor myself just went ahead and purchased plus labor) and someone scratched the hell out of my fender when doing the install. Wouldn't been as bad if my fenders weren't painted. Literally looked like someone was sliding their tool tray on it or something. It was bad and I have black so even worse. I will say they took care of it immediately afterwards. But it was process in itself.

I've been back numerous times since then along with my sons Jeep. So, no hard feelings. Still the best dealer in Louisville for Jeeps
