There are a lot of threads about hardwiring to AUX switches, I am not able to find anything about hard wiring WITHOUT the aux switches. I have found a few threads but not once have I found where anyone posted what fuses they tapped into for the constant 12V and accessory 12V.
Looking through the owners manual, it looks like F91 (Horn 20A) could be used for constant on and F52 (Cigar Lighter 20A) could be used for the accessory power.
Has anyone who has hardwired a Dash Cam in and NOT used the AUX switches used the above mentioned fuses or did you use other fuses? Obviously a fuse tap will be used for the installation, just looking to see what fuses people have actually used for their dash cam installation WITHOUT the AUX switches.
** I do have the AUX switches but they are not a factory installation, so I DO NOT have the 12V and 12V ACC wires that come with a factory optioned AUX switch.
