Zombie thread. Didn't see an answer to the OP question I came looking for.

Disconnected, at full articulation, aired up or down, lock to lock, on rock-stock Rubicon suspension without spacers, level, or lift as Stellantis birthed her, do 35" tires make contact anywhere?

This has been hashed out in a few threads but even Jeep has stated they will fit with no issues. I have 35’s but I also have a level kit installed.

Does anyone have a pic of the mounted height of a 35x12.50x17 or a 315/70/17.? The factory 285’s, that claim to be 33”....

This doesn't answer your request, but that measurement of the stock 33" tires is not at all surprising or unusual. Tires almost always have a mounted height that is less than their unladen diameter. For that matter, most tires I've ever looked at have an unladen diameter that is somewhat less than their size spec would indicate. In other words, 35's aren't going to be 35" tall from the ground once you put them on your Jeep.

I put 35's on stock JTR rims with no, zero, nada, issues with rubbing or anything else. Tires are Nitto Terra Grappler 315/70/17. Good luck.
