Max tow with wider 44 Dana for towing
Bed so I can write it off as a farm truck.
Best of both worlds ?

Sorry both aspects are equally important. I tow and use the bed. I wouldn't have bought a Gladiator if it couldn't tow my Airstream and I wouldn't have bought a Gladiator if it also couldn't carry gear in the bed.

I am on this forum daily and I wanted to get a sense of what 'aspect' of the JT is most important to you. I am only giving you TWO choices to comment on, either the fact that it's a Jeep with a bed or because you plan to tow with it? You cannot comment on both, you must choose only one feature to keep.

Please save unrelated chatter for another thread. Personally, I wanted a "Wrangler with a bed' for the convenience of hauling 'stuff' as opposed to any towing capability. In the 15 months I've owned the JT, the bed has just made my life easier!

Thanks!
I have had 5 Jeep Cherokee/Grand Cherokees. Time for something different. Loved the look and the bed.

We don't tow much now and certainly have the option for future adventures. The bed option is SO much better for mountain bikes. The North Shore racks are great fit in the 2" receiver hitch. We can put 4 mountain bike front tires over the tailgate and 4 bikes on the North Shore rack. Try getting 8 bikes on a Wrangler!!

I loved my wife's jeep and I couldn't get excited about buying a Ram. So, the gladiator makes me smile while I take my recycling to the dump.

Bed or tow limit. . . . . .
Honestly, I doubt if we would have bought this Gladiator if it were not for both additions.
We use the bed far more often than the larger tow factor.

Having done so we are constantly reminding ourselves how pleased we both are w/ this Rubicon.

Wanted something different, so I would say bed. (I personally see this as a unique thing just like a Wrangler, and if I needed to tow a lot this wouldn't be on my list.)

Da bed. Had a Jeep Unlimited for 11 years. Other 2 door Wranglers before that. A few years ago the Wrangler broke and I rented a car. They gave me a deal on a pick-up truck. I loved the concept. I started looking at them. Was thinking of having one of each. Then I heard about the Gladiator. I never buy version 1 of anything so I waited. I recently received it and I Love It!
