Got the itch to make and install some headliners this week. Made a template from cardboard and then cut it out of some pink board insulation. After that I just used some spray adhesive and hot glue to attach the fabric and some industrial velcro to stick it to the hardtop.

I haven't done the back yet and I could probably take some more time cleaning it up, but I'm happy with it for now.

Looks good, did you do the back part too? Did it make much difference in noise level?

I haven't done the back yet. I still have plenty of insulation and fabric to do the back, but it would be easier to make the template and test fit with the top off of the truck and I'm just not ready to do that yet.

It may be slightly quieter, but probably not by much if it is. I didn't put any sound deadening underneath it. Maybe one day though if I feel up to it.
